I had an absolute blast during my stay! My room, a Standard King Room, was spacious and super cozy, with fluffy linens that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The standout moment was the gorgeous view of the lake from my room, which absolutely made my mornings magical!

The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long day. My only hiccup was not having access to the balcony, but that didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😊

During my stay, I attended a Christmas party where the staff provided support and kindness. They ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was tasty, and the decorations created a pleasant atmosphere. One of the staff even took photos throughout the event, which added a nice personal touch.

I had a productive stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel's business center was invaluable for my work needs, providing a complimentary computer workstation and printing services. The staff, especially Eisha, was exceptionally helpful, offering insights about the local area and ensuring my meetings ran smoothly. Comfortable accommodations and a pleasant atmosphere made it an ideal place for a business trip.

The location is somewhat distant from major attractions.

i recently stayed at crowne plaza for a one-night getaway with my husband. we booked a king room and i was pleasantly surprised by the helpful service. the hotel itself is beautiful, with updated rooms and amazing staff who went above and beyond.

We visited Universal's Islands of Adventure® and the Dr Phillips Center, which was amazing. The scheduled shuttle made it super easy to get around, running every 30 minutes on demand. The staff here was super friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept.

One downside was the breakfast buffet. It didn't look very appetizing, so we opted for other dining options instead.

Convenient location, but.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The front desk staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, but there was this weird, strong perfume smell in the room that made it kinda uncomfortable. Also, the elevators felt ancient and were super slow. Not ideal.

Had an amazing time! The pool and spa were just perfect after a long day. I loved that my room had a mini fridge and microwave. Definitely would choose this spot again for the weekend!
